Chères patineur·euse·s,
C’est avec grand enthousiasme que la direction des LAM annonce un séminaire pour adultes seulement qui aura lieu très prochainement! Dans les débuts du club, les séminaires étaient fréquents, mais avec le temps et la pandémie, ils se sont faits plus rares. Le moment est enfin venu de les reprendre!
Notre invitée spéciale pour l’évènement est Signe Ronka, ancienne compétitrice de niveau international, patineuse adulte, entraîneure nationale et fondatrice de la compagnie Flexafit. Elle possède une grande expérience en patinage et en programmation spécifique aux adultes. C’est donc la candidate parfaite pour animer notre premier séminaire postpandémie!
Le séminaire aura lieu le dimanche 4 décembre à l’aréna Saint-Michel, de 10h à midi et ensuite de 13h à 15 h.
Le séminaire est ouvert à tout patineur adulte du niveau Patinage Plus 4 réussi à OR, qui est membre en règle de Patinage Canada. Si ce n’est pas encore réglé, vous pouvez payer votre adhésion Patinage Canada par l’entremise de notre club ici. Les entraîneurs sont aussi les bienvenus au séminaire.
Patineurs
Les places pour cet évènement sont très limitées! Les patineurs seront divisés en deux groupes selon leur niveau.
Groupe 1 : 10 h à midi
Groupe 2 : 13 h à 15 h
Vous recevrez un courriel avant le séminaire vous indiquant le groupe dont vous ferez partie.
Cet atelier comprend un volet hors glace d’une heure, suivi d’un atelier sur glace d’une heure avec Signe.
Entraîneurs
Tout entraîneur en règle peut participer à cet événement. Vous devrez fournir votre numéro de Patinage Canada et votre numéro NCCP pour recevoir vos points de perfectionnement.
Si vous désirez participer comme patineur et également recevoir vos points de perfectionnement, vous devez vous inscrire comme patineur et nous envoyer un courriel (info@lamesargentees.com) afin que nous puissions ajouter votre nom à la liste des entraîneurs présents.
Coût et inscriptions
Les inscriptions pour tous se feront à partir du 5 novembre au coût de 75 $. Les entraîneurs sont également invités à suivre le groupe de leur choix au coût de 55 $ et pourront bénéficier de points de perfectionnement pour cette formation.
Seuls les paiements par carte de crédit seront acceptés.

Dear skaters,
It is with much enthusiasm that the Montreal Silver Blades administration wishes to announce an upcoming skating seminar exclusively for adults! When the club first started, seminars were more frequent, but with time and the pandemic, they became few and far between. We are thrilled that they are finally back!
Our special guest for the event will be Signe Ronka, a former international-level competitor, adult skater, national coach, and founder of Flexafit. She has a lot of skating experience, as well as working with adults. This makes her the ideal candidate to lead our first seminar since the pandemic!
The seminar will be held on Sunday, December 4 at Saint-Michel Arena, from 10 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The seminar is open to all skaters having completed CanSkate level 4 to GOLD, and who are currently affiliated with Skate Canada. If you have not settled your affiliation yet, you can do so through our club here. Coaches are also welcome to partake in the seminar.
Skaters
Spots for this event are very limited! Skaters will be divided into two groups by level.
Group 1: 10 a.m. to noon
Group 2: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
You will receive an email confirming which group you have been placed in prior to the seminar.
This workshop includes an off-ice portion, followed by one hour on the ice with Signe.
Coaches
Coaches can also partake in the event. You must provide us with your Skate Canada number as well as your NCCP number to obtain your development points.
If you wish to partake as a skater and also obtain your development points, you must register as a skater and send us an email (info@lamesargentees.com) so that we can add your name to the participating coaches.
Pricing and registration
Registration will be open to all starting November 5th at the cost of $75. Coaches are also welcome to follow the group of their choice at the cost of $55 and will be able to obtain development points for this workshop.
Only payments by credit card will be accepted.
